My Priorities for Cottonwood Heights

Fiscal Responsibility

As a candidate for Cottonwood Heights City Council, I’m committed to being a fiscally responsible steward of taxpayer dollars. I believe we can protect essential services while avoiding unnecessary tax increases in our city operations. Smart budgeting and long-term financial planning are key to keeping Cottonwood Heights strong and sustainable.

Public Safety

Keeping our community safe is my top priority. I will work to improve public safety in Cottonwood Heights, ensuring we have well-funded police and fire services to ensure reliable emergency responses. Collaborating with first responders to improve access to our canyons and strengthen our city’s emergency preparedness through better equipment, training, and public outreach.

Community Growth

As Cottonwood Heights grows, we should focus on development that strengthens our community. We need to plan expansion carefully so we don't harm our natural beauty. By planning thoughtfully and ensuring that no special interests are involved, we can help build places for neighbors to connect, that allows families to enjoy quality time together.

Parks & Infrastructure

I'll focus on proactive maintenance and thoughtful upgrades for our green spaces, parks, and streets. By strategically pursuing partnerships that maintain our fiscal responsibility, all while making sure these community assets are durable, accessible, and reflect our shared commitment to stewardship.
